Andrew has successfully managed residential and commercial developments from concept to handover, ensuring compliance and quality control at every stage. His deep understanding of building regulations and construction standards allows him to provide expert reports for legal proceedings, assisting with dispute resolution and compliance matters.
He holds a current Registered Builder license with NSW Fair Trading since 1997, and is accredited as a Level 1 Thermographer, specializing in thermal imaging inspections for building diagnostics and energy efficiency assessments.
