What are your qualifications and experience?
We are registered builders with 35+ years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, renovations, and extensions. Fully licensed Builder with Fair Trading NSW for 28yrs, ensures professional and compliant service on every project

We provide comprehensive statewide coverage throughout NSW, including key regions such as Sydney, Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, and the South Coast.
How long does the site inspections take?
Inspection duration varies based on the size of the building, scope of the inspection, and the number of defects identified. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I be present during the inspection?
Yes, you are welcome to be present during the inspection. However, to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment, it is important that we are not disturbed or distracted while working. After the inspection, we provide a detailed, easy-to-understand report, and you are encouraged to ask any questions at that time. Alternatively, you can request a phone call to discuss the findings while you wait for the report.
How do I receive my report?
If you are available on site, our inspector can provide an initial verbal summary of the findings. The full report will be emailed once it is completed. Report turnaround times vary depending on the building size, inspection scope, and number of defects identified.
Please note, we do not offer same day “tick box” reports, except for some basic inspections and thermographic work. Our reports are carefully prepared with reference to extensive documentation to ensure they meet the agreed scope and are fit for purpose. Once emailed, we are happy to discuss the findings with you.
How do you pay?
A deposit of $350 via direct deposit is required to secure your booking. The inspection work is invoiced upon completion, with full payment for the report due prior to its delivery.
